ALL YOUTH (Grades 6-12)
YOUTH COUNCIL—Youth Council meets the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00 – 8:00 PM at Monument Hall. This council serves as the primary idea-generating and decision-making group for our Youth Ministry Program. Any youth (Grades 6-12) interested in being Christian leaders at Holy Family and in the local community are invited to join the Youth Council!
FIRST SATURDAY MASS—The First Saturday of each month at the 5:00 PM Mass, youth are encouraged to participate as Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Ushers, Greeters, Gift Bearers, or as part of our Youth Music Ministries. This is a new program and a perfect time to get involved in one of our many liturgical ministry opportunities for youth here at Holy Family.
BOSTON RESCUE MISSION—One Sunday a month from 2:15 – 8:00 PM, on October 7th, November 11th, December 9th, January 13th, February 24th, March 30th, and April 20th. Both youth and adult volunteers are needed. This event will be one of the most heart-warming experiences of your Christmas season. We still need Team Leaders for this event!!
ALTAR SERVERS—New volunteers will be trained and scheduled approximately once per month. This is a fantastic way to serve our parish and gain a deeper understanding of the Mass. This ministry is never boring and you will get to know Fr. Fleming and our Deacons as well as many other kids in the parish. Team Leader: Tom Valle (tfvalle@verizon.net or 978-369-5970).
MUSIC MINISTRIES—Middle and high school music ministry is comprised of singers and instrumentalists. This group of musicians works in both large and small ensembles, with the cantor and keyboardist, to provide music for the monthly First Saturday Mass as well as other liturgies during the year such as Christmas, Easter and Confirmation.
